Nikki: How long have you practiced yoga and what other forms of exercise do you like to do?
Randi: Not very long! I practiced yoga about 7 years ago, after my daughter was born but I stopped practicing for many years and did other types of workouts. I also do boxing and kickboxing, strength training and cardio.
Nikki: What brought you to YogaSpark?
Randi: I watched the YogaSpark studio being built from my window across the street. I had to try it - I just didn't know it was going to be HOT. Initially, I was intimidated but now I LOVE IT!
Nikki: Can you give a word or phrase that describes yoga to you?
Randi: My yoga practice is a time for stillness. Each practice is a journey for me and I am forced to let everything go and focus on living in that moment.
