this is YogaSpark. it’s energetic and addictive. challenging but fun. one hour to take on today. one hour to fuel your tomorrow. it’s you, us and hot power yoga.together, we spark.
Yoga is about de-cluttering the mind. Letting go of stuff that’s not serving you so you can simply be more happy, more of the time. Our facility is designed with that in mind. It’s clean, modern and built for one purpose: to get you fired up so you can let go.
We heat our yoga room to 90-95 degrees. It’s just enough so that the moment you walk into the room, the heat envelops you and feels amazing. Your muscles immediately loosen and get warm. This way, you can get quickly into the real work that lies ahead. You can also go deeper into poses – lunges, twists, arm balances, core work and restorative poses become a whole new game. We also add humidity to the room when needed. Nothing compares to the feeling of your skin sleek with sweat from a YogaSpark class!
The flooring inside our hot room is quite simply the best we’ve ever practiced on. It feels like one big yoga mat, but firmer. And because the floor gives slightly, it challenges your balance so you’re building a stronger foundation with every class. Plus, its unique texture means your mat will be super grippy on it. Since you move a lot in hot power yoga, that’s ideal. It’s also antibacterial, antifungal and super-clean.
Our new location will have two super-clean showers on the lower level. We offer luxury bath items including shampoo, conditioner, body and face soaps and lotions, hair dryers and other goodies. We are obsessed with good-smelling products and always adding new ones! You are welcome to bring your own lock for your locker.
