Nikki: How long have you practiced yoga and what other forms of exercise do you like to do?
Sam: I’ve done yoga on and off for the past 12 years, but in the past year I really started to bring it to the next level and go about 2x each week.
Nikki: What brought you to YogaSpark?
Sam: One of my best friends had gone and loved your studio because of the intense heat, amazing teachers, spacious changing rooms and those cold towels after class.
Nikki: What's your favorite pose to practice right now and why?
Sam: Peaceful Warrior. I love how it stretches and elongates me from head to toe.
Nikki: Can you give a word or phrase that describes yoga to you?
Sam: Opening. Working an office job, the hustle bustle of New York and this cold can really take a toll on the body. Yoga really allows me to open my mind and body to focus on myself and take a break for the everyday.
