Q: How long have you practiced yoga and what other forms of exercise do you like to do?
I have been practicing yoga since August 2022. I like to do plates, but I feel like I am more of a yoga person:)
Q: What brought you to YogaSpark?
I was always thinking of starting to practice yoga but I didn't know how to get started, I didn't know the best way to do it. One day, I wasn't feeling good and went for a walk on Mamaroneck ave. I saw the YogaSpark sing, got in the studio and talked to the assistant, she made me feel like I was ready, then I signed up and started the first class with Steph at 7.30pm:) I understand that I have made the best decision ever!
Q: What do you love about practicing hot power yoga?
Omg, so many things! Flexibilities, connecting, challenging and malting on the map:)
Q: Can you give a word or phrase that describes yoga to you?
Of course breathing! "Breathe deeply, for it is the bridge between your body and your soul." :)
Q: What's your current favorite song to flow to?
I love all 90s songs, but I think for two weeks Jenny played "Fear Is a Liar". I loved it a lot.

Q: What yoga pose do you love practicing right now?
I love to practice all poses, but my favorites are Headstand and Wheel Pose.
Q: Tell us one non yoga factoid about you
I am an IT person and I love to travel more than you think:)
