Q: How long have you practiced yoga and what other forms of exercise do you like to do?
I've practiced yoga for a little under a year - YogaSpark was actually my first studio yoga and hot yoga class. I also love running, tennis and a good post-yoga walk by the water!
Q: What brought you to YogaSpark?
I was looking to try something new. I ended up loving YogaSpark right from the first class - the instructors are so welcoming, the flows are always unique and the cold tea tree towel at the end is the best!
Q: What do you love about practicing hot power yoga?
I love that it's both physically and mentally challenging, yet restorative at the same time.
Q: Can you give a word or phrase that describes yoga to you?
Balance - literally balancing in poses during practice and figuratively a balance of peace, empowerment and strength
Q: What's your current favorite song to flow to?
The music is one of my favorite things at YogaSpark - my current two favorites are flowing to Tokyo Sunrise by LP and cooling down with Sweet Nothing Piano Version.
Q: Do you have a favorite quote?
"Be afraid and do it anyway"
Q: What yoga pose do you love practicing right now?
I'm trying to get my crow and flying warrior down!

I love love love watermelon and cucumbers - you'll never catch my fridge without one or the other.
