Q: How long have you practised yoga, and what other forms of exercise do you like to do?
I have practiced yoga for over 20 years. I walk, take an occasional Soul Cycle class or ride a Peloton bike.
Q: What brought you to YogaSpark?
I tried many classes in the neighborhood, but YogaSpark felt right for me since it has consistently been a kind and welcoming place. It's the teachers and experience at YogaSpark that have made me highly motivated to practice regularly.
Q: What do you love about practising hot power yoga?
How clearly I can think after class and how power yoga has built up my confidence to try new poses and challenge my body.

I don't have one favorite song, but I do LOVE a Cassie Mills playlist ;)
