A: I have practiced yoga for 5 years now. I played basketball in college so I still love playing and lifting.
Q: What brought you to YogaSpark?
A: My dad! After Covid, he brought me to the studio and I've loved going ever since!

A: I love how great I feel after class from clearing my mind and sweating.

A: I really enjoy doing a simple high lunge right now.

A: I love traveling and learning about other cultures.

Q: What brought you to YogaSpark? Years of basketball and injuries brought me to hot yoga. Hot yoga was an excellent way to heal and improve flexibility.
Q: What do you love about practicing hot power yoga? Helps me reset my mind and body. I leave with a clearer mind and stronger body.
