Q: How long have you practiced yoga and what other forms of exercise do you like to do?
I took my first yoga class when I was in high school and it’s been a part of my life ever since. But my practice significant improved since going to YogaSpark regularly. I’m also a big fan of lagree pilates and spin.
Q: What brought you to YogaSpark?
I came to YogaSpark because it was right around the corner from my office and I stayed because I love it! Best instructors, best adjustments. The black light is great, too.
Q: What do you love about practicing hot power yoga?
I love the intense sweat and that it’s impossible to be distracted in class because the practice completely demands your attention.

Hannah played Planez by Jeremih in class once and it made my day

I’m trying to get some arm balances mastered!
