Q: How long have you practiced yoga and what other forms of exercise do you like to do?
I’ve been practicing yoga for about 20 years. I love hiking, pilates, bike riding and paddle
boarding.
Q: What brought you to YogaSpark?
My husband and I started renting an apartment for the winter months here in Tribeca 3 years
ago and I came across YogaSpark when I was looking for a local studio online. I’ve never
wanted to go anywhere else!
Q: What do you love about practicing hot power yoga?
I actually do like to sweat and love the flow of the vinyasa practice which is never quite the
same from class to class.
Q: Can you give a word or phrase that describes yoga to you?
Moving from mind chatter to a conversation between the breath and the body.
