Q: How long have you practiced yoga and what other forms of exercise do you like to do?
I’ve dabbled in yoga for 16 years but also love HITT workouts, boxing, barre, and a good old fashioned long walk.
Q: What brought you to YogaSpark?
My friend encouraged me to try hot yoga four months ago and I’ve been hooked ever since. I checked out a lot of studios but YogaSpark was love at first class!
Q: What do you love about practicing hot power yoga?
Hot yoga is as much a mental workout as it is a physical workout.
Q: Can you give a word or phrase that describes yoga to you?
Equanimity: calmness in the midst of pressure.
Q: What's your current favorite song to flow to?
Hard to pick just one…soul music is my favorite genre. Cassie’s playlists are always on point…if you haven’t taken one of her classes, it’s a must!

“How you do anything is how you do everything.”

I’m working on my crow pose, and then side crow. Send any tips my way!

I love crafting and am teaching myself how to sew and embroider!
