Q: How long have you practiced yoga and what other forms of exercise do you like to do?
Oh my goodness I feel old saying this but i have been practicing yoga on and off for a least 20 years but more consistently for the past 5 years. Other than yoga I play a little bit of tennis and do a lot of CrossFit.
Q: What brought you to YogaSpark?
CrossFit actually brought me to YogaSpark. The gym I was at organized something with YogaSpark where their members were able to try a free yoga class. The rest is history.
Q: What do you love about practicing hot power yoga?
Oh Gosh, There are so many things I love about practicing hot yoga but I would say mainly the feeling that I’m healing my body from the inside out. That body buzz at the end of class is what I live for.
Q: Can you give a word or phrase that describes yoga to you?
Q: What's your current favorite song to flow to?
I have two!! Is that against the rules? It’s between Mt. Everest by Labrinth and Feels Like a Sunday by Elderbrook.

Q: What yoga pose do you love practicing right now?
Right now I’m loving Sun salutation A. I’m really trying to work on my handstand hold so this allows me the freedom to do so. I know technically this is not a “pose” 😝
Q: Tell us one non yoga factoid about you
I never finish the last 10% of whatever I am drinking because when I was a kid someone told me the last 10% of what was left of my drink was 90% backwash!!! Have I ruined it for you too?
