Q: How long have you practiced yoga and what other forms of exercise do you like to do?
A: I practiced Bikram before YogaSpark, on and off for maybe 5 years but I was never serious about yoga until I came to Spark.
Q: What brought you to YogaSpark?
A: My BFF took me to Provencal [a restaurant nearby] for my birthday. I saw the sign and thought it looked cool. I used to be a runner until May of last year when a bout with sciatica and hip impingement from my arthritis almost paralyzed me. This place saved me.
Q: What do you love about practicing hot power yoga?
A: I love the variety that Spark hot power yoga offers. The yoga teachers each have their own amazing style that is both supportive and intense. I love the "solitary community" of being on that mat with other yogis. The vibe in this place is so inspiring.
Q: Can you give a word or phrase that describes yoga to you?
Breeanne, we could not agree more that one of the best things about YogaSpark is our solitary community. Yoga is a personal practice, practiced together. Thank you for being part of our world!
