Nikki: How long have you practiced yoga and what other forms of exercise do you like to do?
Carol: I was first introduced to pregnancy yoga 21 years ago and did it for a few times and loved it. Then picked it back up about 8 years ago on and off until I found Yoga Spark; and yoga is my only form of exercise.
Nikki: What brought you to YogaSpark?
Carol: My teenage son’s friend told me about it! Raving about the cold tea tree oil at the end class. I was searching for hot yoga and voila!
Nikki: You have such a dedication to your practice. What advice would you give to a newer yogi looking to incorporate yoga into their life?
Carol: Find one essence that you love about yoga, be it breathing, poses, the community, glowing in the dark, the cold tea tree towel ... enjoy that special essence of the day.
Nikki: Can you give a word or phrase that describes yoga to you?
Carol: Balance in mind, body and spirit
